    I have been working at HR Options full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Not micro managers. Very team oriented. Understanding of work life balance. Long term tenure of employees - average tenure 11 years. Nice to work with internal staff and clients/employees.

    Cons

    Need to be proactive in career planning and how to get to the next level and opportunity.

    Pros

    Very intelligent co-workers, Excellent HR professionals, Nice co-workers, great place to grow your HR knowledge and skills

    Cons

    Competitive wages, but won't get wealthy

    you get to try out a new place to see if you fit in

    Cons

    but that's probably because that office is incapable of keeping people

    not the warmest of businesses, but oh well, try not to interact with them next time.

    they don't give out emails or phone numbers even for communication so they can fire you and not have any repercussions/feedback/communication.

    cold & weird experience.

    I worked at HR Options full-time

    Pros

    HRO offers great work/life balance and a nice company culture. A great starting place for new HR professionals.

    Cons

    It's a very small company with very long tenured employees so there isn't always a lot of room for growth.
