    Negative Outlook

I have been working at HRM3 Asia full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

HRM3 Asia is a good company to work for if you want to just take it easy and earn an average salary. It's a "OK - Average" company so not much major changes in terms of business growth.

    Cons

As HRM3 Asia is not really an aggressive growing company, nothing significant is happening and it's basically the same old story day in day out. The leader makes all sort of promises but doesn't fulfill them. Most people leave after 1-2 years because they feel short changed and cheated by empty promises.

While the leader talks about integrity and rewarding people who perform, in actual fact; those are just empty promises and once employees see through those lies, they will leave.

The leader is also very outdated and doesn't embrace technology nor any sense of marketing savviness. Very traditional and outdated company.

    Advice to Management

It's time to change the founder and leader…and have some new talent!!

    Pros

None to think off actually. Most employees leave after 1-2 years. Poor leadership by CEO is the main reason.

    Cons

    - Way below market rate salary and benefits
    - Little if any learning opportunities
    - Lots of unnecessary reporting to a micro-managing CEO
    - Company has ALOT of employee turnover due to poor leadership by CEO

    Advice to Management

Needs to replace current founder/CEO who is a very poor leader, lacks integrity, unable to innovate and has a very self-centered mentality.
