The best reason to work at HROne is the people. They are not only experts on HR outsourcing and company set up matters, they are the friendliest team I’ve ever worked with, this includes the CEO and senior leadership. Team building is at the core of HROne’s values. I always felt like an important and appreciated part of the team. There was a lot of creative freedom to pursue new projects. It’s a relatively young company, and that has the advantage of being able to grow with the rest of the company and progress your career. I was sad to leave due to moving to the UK.

HROne provides great supports, respects and diversity working environment for every employees. I’m benefitting a lot from the strong leadership by HROne. Working for HROne allows me to expose myself to various types of work and opportunities. Also the benifits are nice (e.g. the annul leaves, paid sick leaves are more than the mandatory) and the working location is good(Jingan District ).
