    Great place to work... NA Team is talented and driven!!

    Cons

    Main HQ is in Germany so have to be prepared to deal with a different culture, time zones etc.

    Innovative product
    Dynamic and collaborative environment
    Good benefits

    Cons

    Extreme micromanagement
    Everything is dictated from HQ (Germany): no room for creativity, no autonomy, no responsibilities.
    Long and inefficient processes, outdated tools.
    Extremely hard to implement change
    If you like being creative, getting things done, taking initiatives ... don't work at HRS, you'd be miserable and frustrated.

    Pros

    A company that truly care about excelling and making a difference. They invest money in people and products to really make you feel like you have skin in the game. It's a a large company with a growth spirt.

    Cons

    HRS has been German centric and successful for years and the global expansion adds a dynamic challenge for both the people and the customers.

    Listen to what works in other areas of the world and be willing to adapt.

    HRS Group is full of energetic, dynamic individuals that really want to make a difference in the market place. Management is extremely supportive and places confidence in its people to affect positive growth for the company and as individuals.There is a very collaborative atmosphere.

    Cons

    As visionaries in the market, we are faced with many opportunities to change the methodology of how business is run. Keeping an open mind and focusing on the customer keeps our priorities in order. Our challenges are actually opportunities for future growth and development.

    Stay as supportive and dynamic as you are today. It's a great atmosphere to work.

    Pros

    Start-up spirit, especially in the Americas. Spirit of innovation and growth is high. Global attention and understanding is high. Intercompany communication and collaboration is high. Processes are established that make it less likely that someone will "reinvent the wheel" if they're in sales or account management. Diversity of B2C and B2B businesses keeps each other fresh.

    B2B marketing a bit too conventional.

    Focus on retaining the best talent and expanding globally.
