I have been working at HRnet One full-time

    Pros

Open career platform for especially young inexperience people with no specific industry experiences. Promotions and incentives are based on performance and values.

Many young successful driven people doing far better then peers at the same age outside. Company retreats are really cool visiting Europe and key Asia spot with a whole group with a colleagues is really inspiring!

    Cons

Drive people to betterment really hard. Not for the weak heart definitely.

    Advice to Management

Do more branding to get our name up there with the top!

    Cons

Interviews with candidates are at night, so, i can only workout on weekend

    Advice to Management

    Continue to hire young consultants!

I have been working at HRnet One full-time

    Pros

The company has a very long-term vision and provides a great platform to build your own career and those who are capable will be on fast track promotion path. Very transparent incentive scheme and you get very clear KPI and expectation. There is a great harmony and collaboration within the team and everyone celebrates success for others. My favorite is TGIF to celebrate and occasional team outing to celebrate good news ! I feel very lucky to be in the company.

    Cons

Work is challenging and it takes time to build a good base. One needs to be driven and ready to take on challenges as lots of investment is needed.

    Advice to Management

Screen incoming candidates better. Screen off those who are not as motivated.

I have been working at HRnet One full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of learning and development - leaders push us hard, are very tough but I do feel I've grown a lot in these last few years

I see many fresh graduates like myself becoming NTL (next team leaders) and I aspire to be like them!

My leader treats me well and regard my comments and opinions on my cases, she's a big reason for me to stay

    Cons

Not for those who are not driven or goal oriented or who are less independent

Hours are long, but the leaders and team hang around after work to catch up for dinner and drinks

    Advice to Management

Engage younger members even more so they understand the company better

I have been working at HRnet One full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working on a regional scale is truly exciting. I get to experience first-hand working in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore - very dynamic cities where we are working at the cutting edge of the recruitment space.
Going on fully-paid, luxe incentive trips on the Crystal Serenity (from Monte Carlo to Barcelona!), to Milan, Paris etc are also a big draw.
As you can expect from a bunch who work very hard and play very hard together, the camaraderie is amazing. When I recently purchased a property, my boss came along to view the place and helped with selecting a designer.

    Cons

Working on Saturdays is par for the course. There is also an expectation to always be connected to the grid.

    Advice to Management

Set clear expectations with potential hires that this is a high octane, Type A, sales environment. Not for the weak.
