I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Health benefits are excellent.
    - Time off is okay once you hit your fifth year.
    - Excellent hours.

    Cons

    - Pay needs to be higher.
    - Company burned their relationships with clients and lost business due to bad business decisions.
    - Managers treat staff like they are nobody of importance.
    - Managers hold back employees for selfish reasons.
    - Company hasn't given annual raises in years.

    Advice to Management

    - Start to appreciate your staff, considering they are the ones who are doing the most for the business (lower on the totem pole).
    - Need to give annual raises to boost moral in the work environments.
-Executives need to evaluate who they have in District and Branch Manager positions for how they actually perform. They have the wrong individuals in District Manager and Branch manger positions.
