    Non cash benefits like vacation days (30 days plus) and international aspect and possible outside country job opportunity. Generally good people.

    Cons

    Slow process both locally and globally. Good people in general but favoritism sometimes gets in the way if doing things right.

    Focus on keeping good talent

    The bonus scheme is good and many vacation days are granted. Depending on the position you can travel quite a lot.

    Cons

    The bank tends to be bureaucratic and an excess of controls has been set on many of the businesses of HSBC.

    Advice to Management

    Let the businesses have more revenues in a compliant environment, otherwise a lot of businesses will keep on closing worldwide.
