    Pros

    Plenty of opportunity for overtime, which was time and a half pay. In fact, overtime was required at times. Great team environment. Dress casual to business casual. Ability to work from home.

    Cons

    Disconnect between the people on the ground and the higher ups in term of carrying out tasks.

    Bureaucratic red tape slows down innovation

    Great Benefits including 6 weeks vacation, very flexible on work schedule. Very team oriented management style and not micromanaging each employee.

    Cons

    There was very limited advancement opportunities, unless you were willing to relocate out of the area or out of the country.

    Advice to Management

    Don't micromanage and be very flexible on scheduling and individual personal needs. Always have an open door policy

    - Good benefits and culture
    - Good pay
    - Strong global presence with lots of help from support functions (can outsource trivial tasks to global team)

    Cons

    - Does not compete with top US Investment Banks for deals.
         - At the same time, you work nearly as long as other US IBs
    - Mundane industries to work with on a day-to-day basis
    - Slow, hierarchical system

    Advice to Management

    - Hire more seasoned MDs to bring in clients to help compete for deals in the US
