    Pros

    Competitive pay and employee benefits and flexible
    Work scheduling. Reasonable Vacation days and carryover days that can be extended for the next yr.

    Cons

    Under the division segment - to many initiatives being deployed without having the resources ready and disconnect among some employees to it.

    Make realistic and specific changes within specified time period

    Pros

    There aren't any pros to working here

    Cons

    They find every excuse not to pay bonuses. They micro manage employees. They expect you to work overtime and not pay you for it. Branches are in disrepair. Awful customer service. Lack of competitive products to see. They promise a book of thousands of 'affluent' customers but they don't have any. They force you to sell products unsuitable to clients needs. Zero advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Stop forcing employees to sell insurance and annuities products to people who don't need them

    Pros

    Cultural diversity, global, great people.

    Cons

    Slow to change. Very siloed. Massive cost cutting measures in place. No stability or long term future with all of the scandals and refusal to make real lasting changes at the top of the food change. Learn what you can and MOVE ON.

    Advice to Management

    Clean up your act. Corrupt and inconsistent banking and lending practices (money laundering for drug deala, terrorists and tax evaders), antiquated systems that are incompatible and not trrating your staff right or paying them a decent wage is hurting you.

    Great benefit package (5-6 week salary, 401k matching, back-up daycare allotment, etc)
     Flexible work environment (largely dependent upon LOB)
    Opportunity for advancement

    Cons

    Efficiency implementation = increased job duties (doing the work of 2-3 people)

    It's a paycheck - nothing more! I could not say enough about how this place SUCKS THE LIFE OUT IF YOU!

    Cons

    Medical - Pay - Time off - management could care less, only looks to point fingers, lay blame and cover their own backs! Feels like you are thrown under the bus daily

    Advice to Management

    Wake up - actually care about your people stop discussing personal stuff about employees on the floor. Your ppl make you look good and honestly nobody cares - the ppl don't care about Mgmt or their jobs that's why nothing gets done.
