    Cons

You need to create a training program that empowers employees to be successful. There needs to be more employees hired to provide employees with the opportunity to have days off.

    Pros

I was always treated fairly as a full-time permanent member of staff.

    Cons

They treat temporary workers like a commodity to be bought, sold, and traded. Anyone with a conscience or compassion for your fellow human being would be hard pressed to work for such a terrible company.

Personally, The hours were terrible (calls at all hours of the night - as you can imagine that never came up in the interview.). Upper management has little regard or respect for work life balance. I think they ultimately hope to higher young green employees with hopes of working them to death on meager pay.
