    I worked at HUB International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    are open to employees moving to a different office if you are relocating.

    Cons

    Lack of management led to a rapid employee turnover. Gap in culture and communication between headoffice, and other offices. lack of training. Was expected to take over 3 peoples workload within the first 2 weeks, since they got me to replace 3 staff members. Promised more staff, but it never came!

    There is a great dealof autonomy

    Cons

    Hub international is a growing privately held brokerage that is making ground breaking strides towards growth... Overall, there are so many more positives than negatives. There are negatives in every company but nothing with Hub that isn't manageable.
