    Pros

Excellent place to obtain community service hours and work experience. Both the customers and management are extremely nice and passionate about improving the community.

Heavy lifting and customer interaction is required. The management requires employees to be extremely social to the customers. Fast movement/pace is expected of all employees.

    Advice to Management

Open the volunteer opportunities to more people, by advertising these opportunities. Suggest high school and middle school students to volunteer in order to obtain community service hours.
