Don't join this company if you want a decent income, an intellectually stimulating job and career opportunities

Management, co-workers and volunteers are generally friendly.
Cons
Management is not clear they do not talk to each other which reduces clarity between restore locations. There is very limited growth opportunity. You will be stuck doing countless manual labor tasks that often endanger your safety (lifting very heavy items) and not get paid enough for it. There is tight budgets within the company which reduces the amount of new positions that come up, and also makes it hard to get raises. My suggestion, don't join a non-profit unless you are okay with a relatively stagnant job and not enough pay.
