    Pros

Managers care about employees. Others departments are generally helpful and easy to get ahold of (HR, tech support).

    Cons

Upper management is constrained by Trinity policy. The effort to create "sameness" among offices takes away many decisions formerly made by managers regarding staff pay and hours for example.
