Management = LIARS
Jan 25, 2023 - Machine Operator in Bakersfield, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Steady work, one full hour for lunch
Cons
Supervisors and managers have a habit of promising raises and production bonuses and not following through. Management will promote unqualified people to positions of authority. Constant lying by supervisors and management and ownership.

Management is the worst
Jan 26, 2023 - Receiving Associate in Bensalem, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are no pros aside from it being a job.
Cons
I’m sure criminals get treated better.

Pros
They care about their employees and their families, and show it through respect and many employee appreciation events. Pay is very good, especially with production bonus.
Cons
Hard work, but worth it.

Autonomy and Strong Managerial Support
Mar 4, 2022 - Outside Sales Representative in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You are largely free to set your strategy and workflow by yourself with little hassle. Management puts enormous trust in us for everything except pricing. Very responsive to needs and concerns.
Cons
Pricing is such that closing lucrative deals can sometimes be a challenge. Salary and incentive are generous but expenses are kept to a minimum. This isn’t a problem for me but may be for others.

Good Place To Work. Tough Market.
Mar 2, 2022 - Outside Sales Representative in Santa Fe Springs, Optional[CA]RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hadco was a great first sales experience for me. I did almost 3 years inside and 1 year outside. Started at their headquarters in Philadelphia, transferred and last worked the South Bay of Los Angeles County. My coworkers were good to me.
Cons
This is a difficult market. Especially given the ups and downs of the pandemic. Probably best served by veterans of the industry. Significant payoff should you get your territory going.

Autonomy with Solid Support, Great Colleagues, Great Operations
Jan 28, 2021 - Outside Sales RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flat organization meaning your work is autonomous, but management is always on call to provide support and solutions. Inside sales colleagues are experienced and mostly fast to respond to inquiries. Operations can be relied on to come through on time with deliveries. Company issues whatever tools you need to do your work. Terrific internal customer service from IT, HR, purchasing, etc. The company loves to promote from within. Very diverse workforce.
Cons
ERP software is difficult to learn but new data filtration and reporting systems are making this part of the job much easier. New product lines are introduced fairly often and as an outside rep, i.e. lone wolf, some self-training is occasionally needed.

Started positive and then culture turned me away....
Dec 20, 2013 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Generally will pay well to get staff in the door and possibly .
Cons
Well it is an Isreal (family) owned business that only cares about making the owner money. All management comes from their HQ and speak multiple languages. Management will talk about you while you are standing there. They don't respect eachother and you will often see management fighting in front of the employees. The selected staff members have special spending privileges and they weigh heavy on American staff members for results. Managers don't know how to motivate personnel or treat anyone with respect. Most of the employees are hopeless and cannot find better jobs so it is a very depressing place to work. They use all American staff to sell their products to customers and only run the backend operations. The company could really prosper if they had real leadership to motivate, train, implement procedure, and genuinely care. Product has a tendency to be poor do to extremely cheap labor that cannot communicate with one another. Best way to describe the overall attitude of management is "Penny Wise but a dollar foolish".

No vision, no ethics, no future
Mar 8, 2015 - Inside Sales Representative in Clearwater, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I liked that I could wear whatever I felt like it was very casual. I no longer work there and that's the biggest plus there is.
Cons
Management changes their minds on a daily basis. If it was ok to do something one way yesterday it doesn't mean it's OK today. I doubt they have a 5 minute plan let alone a 5 year or 10 year plan. They claim to put the customer first but the only thing they put first is the bottom line. They are great at micromanaging but that's all they are really good at. Their is no support from the managers and coworkers are nice but they are under so much pressure to produce it's very cut throat. Team dies not exist in anyone's vocabulary.
