    Pros

Amazing opportunity to grow personally with lots of tasks and responsibilities, given that the international side of the business is expanding at a very rapid rate. Great work life balance. Management always open to talk to about new ideas - entrepreneurial spirit. The pay isn't great and the benefits could be better, but given the fashion industry standards, it's not that bad.

        To much Presidents and mangers

        Advice to Management

To work in h company is not to bad. However company have a lot vise presidents and managers. They can talk а lot and nicely but never suggested constructive approach to any projects. Some of them does not have any clue what they are taking about. Where there people who are really working ? May be they are behind them?

        Pros

        - The design department is great and the quality is outstanding for a licensor - Off all the major holidays - *Some* managers are understanding with poor weather conditions - Have the opportunity to work cross-functionally

I worked at Haddad Brands for more than 2 years

        Pros

Where do I begin? Believe all the bad reviews! This is a great workplace for entry-level employees if you want some experience in sportswear/retail sales, but once you reach a year and get promoted, run for the hills! The pay is below industry standard and the benefits are horrible. - You will make some great friends because you bond over the misery. - The owners really do care about the business and are generally...

        Cons

-A lot of inexperienced staff due to hiring young employees straight out of college and never giving proper training. I worked with one sales exec whose sole purpose was to do as minimal of work as possible and take all the credit for the work by the associates on her team. There is a culture of overpromising and under delivering. Managers love to pile more projects onto associates without being realistic of how time-consuming...

        Advice to Management

INVEST IN YOUR PEOPLE! Offer ongoing training opportunities and stop overworking everyone. Hire and properly train more people and divide work, this will reduce the amount of burn out as well as the number of errors because things are overlooked. Everything is not a five-alarm fire, stop setting unrealistic goals for your staff.

Job benefits like healthcare, transportation benefits, 401k after completing your first year, you begin to accrue PTO time as soon as you are full-time status.

        Cons

High turnover employee rate. Super high workload volume, the company is growing fast as is the workload but slow at hearing staff to meet all the work demands. supervisors from some teams are extremely difficult to work with and little is done to assist in resolving difficult work conditions. Probationary periods are indefinite and provide those who want you out the capability to do so. Have seen a few co-workers get...

        Advice to Management

Work on your management & leadership skills. Especially new management that has not come up within the company. Too many new hires to management don't understand the ins and outs of the day to day of lower level staff, they don't know how to delegate work or properly train or re-train their reports on how things will be changing. They don't know how to do the work of on the bottom end level and have an expectation...

I have been working at Haddad Brands for more than 4 years

        Pros

Haddad is a great place to learn the business inside and out. You are given a lot of responsibility and work with some of the best brands in the world. The people are great, the best part about working here which is important because it is a very cross functional/team work environment.

        Cons

Workload is very heavy and work/life balance is not promoted. Hours can be long and I would bring work home with me frequently.

        Advice to Management

Continue to support your employees and hire additional help to manage the workload.
