I have been working at Haggar part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of people-watching, 40% employee discount on already well-priced clothing, always working on something around the store, higher than minimum wage. (Good for first-timers). Will work with your schedule.

    Cons

Part-timers at my location struggle to get more than 20h/week at low pay. Very little opportunity for advancement. No insurance, no paid time off (including sick days). Late or early only has a five-minute margin. No sitting at all except lunch and, manager permitting, five-minute breaks. No commissions.

    Advice to Management

Be prepared to shoulder the whole job, the bottom line is if you run it own it completely and embrace your position you can get great satisfaction from the work you put in and the end result.
