I have been working at Hajoca Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Freedom to run "my" business the way I see fit, but with available guidance where I need it.

    Cons

If you are ready, willing, and able to run your own business, the "cons" are limited. If you are not, you could drown in the level of authority/ responsibility you are given.

    Advice to Management

The consistency in your message to the PCMs is amazing. From the Region Managers to the CEO, and specifically with respect to the proper actions during the 4 phases. Don't lose that. . . ever!

    Pros

Good Experience to understand business. Nice people, manly man environment

    Cons

Poorly Organized, doesn't recruit good people, deals with a lot of uneducated or hard to work with customers

    Advice to Management

Engage your employees more. Train the new guys and lay out expectations on first day.

I have been working at Hajoca Corporation full-time

    Pros

I was referred to Hajoca by a friend and took a gamble on an opportunity with a company I had never heard of before (while happily employed). I'm so thankful that I did. Every teammate in this company lives and breathes our core values. Everyone you're surrounded by makes you want to do better, and be better. For the first time in my life I feel like my job is enriching me as a person. The leadership is patient and deliberate in their approach and they always put the people first. I tell family, friends... total strangers, how really, really fortunate I am to work here.

Benefits are excellent and compensation in generous - but if that's the main thing you're after, you won't fit here.

    Cons

    Still waiting for the catch...

    Advice to Management

    Stay the course.

I have been working at Hajoca Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent benefits; Work-Life balance, decent pay

    Cons

Unstructured and inconsistent operations between Profit Centers; New showroom concept is really plain-old retail, and compared to the normal showrooms, it's pretty bad; systems are made for warehousing/shipping/receiving, but really bad for transactional operations.

    Advice to Management

Restructure to a central warehousing system, instead of opening multiple different warehouse under different names that markup product to sell it to your OWN COMPANY! The right hand has to pay the left in order to pass something to a customer.
