I worked at Halifax full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a professional, supportive environment. All colleagues were happy to help with things we did not know as newly joined the company.
We had regular trainings to update our knowledge and keep up with the new policies and regulations.
I was assigned a line manager which was extremely helpful for doing the periodic reviews, giving me feedbacks. She also helped me to plan for further personal developments considering my personal interests and the direction that I wanted to be in.
The environment was very friendly and fun to work in and I really enjoyed my work experience in there.

    Cons

The only point I would say was the salary which was quite low for working in retail banking.

    Pros

U can quickly land yourself a promotion of you work hard.

    Cons

I had to reapply for my position three times. Very upsetting experience hopefully it will be the last.

    Advice to Management

Very complicated system of performance. Some of the branches working harder then a small branch.
