    Old technologies, old methodology and in contrast to other IT companies net salary is lower.

    Pros

    The firm is has an excellent corporate culture, and it employs very talented people. I think that it has a very good work environment.

    Cons

    I would say that there are no major negative aspects of working at the firm, since the community there is very integrated.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management would be for them to continue doing their jobs in the same manner because they have demonstrated excellent management skills.

    Pros

    Half of the bank is owned by the state so as a state policy, unless you make critical mistakes, you won't be fired. Wages for my position is above market average.

    Cons

    The rate that success is taken into consideration during promotion periods is fairly low. Gossip maybe bothersome.

    Advice to Management

    Bring more healthy promotion system, be more specific about career outlook of employees, stop bringing your past colleagues whenever you get in charge of a department

    Pros

    Job security is high. Two months salary bonus per year. Awesome collegaues. Half of personal pension funds are paid by the bank. A long established company, common corporate culture shared accross the organisation.

    Cons

    No meritocracy. Performance measurement does not exist. Lack of expertised senior managers in some areas. Inadequate training opportunities. Sometimes long working hours.
