      Pros

Company pays well. If you have limited education and willing to work long hours in harsh conditions you will be payed well.

      Cons

Economic downturns and the fluctuations in the oil/gas market can leave you looking for a job.

        Pros

I have worked for the company for 12+ years now. I love the people I work with either directly or indirectly. Many long hours but would even like more. Very good opportunities to travel both abroad and locally. Pay isn't that great at first but does go up quite a bit the longer you are willing to invest in the company.

        Cons

Low starting pay, but goes up quickly if you put in the time.

      Marketing Manager

What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests

Anyone have any stories of times where you declined an offer at one company (just because it wasn’t the exact right fit or you got another better offer at that time) and u successfully re-connect? Is that a burned bridge forever? Would they consider you for another job again?
