I have been working at Hallmark College full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They offered 100% tuition paid by the company and 50% off for your family.

    Cons

Lack of integrity. I was treated very poorly and treated like a salve. Worst work experience in my entire life.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people with integrity.

I worked at Hallmark College full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Management likes to micro-manage. They have core values posted on every wall, one of which is "Excellence" to remind everyone that they aren't ever good enough and will never meet their high standard. The CEO is vindictive, will fire anybody that stands in his way. Management expects you to work long hours without pay. The pay is low by industry standards.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the current CEO. Listen to what employees have to say.

I worked at Hallmark College full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are none. This company has literally no positive attributes.

    Cons

No loyalty, terrible pay. Overtime pay is 1/2 time versus time and a half or even your regular rate. (You will be FORCED to work OT). No paid time off or vacation time. You get treated horrifically.

The management of this "School" is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Stop ripping your employees and students off. As much money as this company has, perhaps use the private jet less and pay your employees decently.
