    Advice to Management

Vision goals of upper management don't often align with front line staff. Limited staffing for allocated workload.

I worked at Halton Healthcare full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nice new office building, new facility, new equipment, lots of new technology implemented. Big cafeteria with lots of seats... 3 Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Thai express, etc..

    Cons

This is a toxic working environment, never have worked at a place that bad. People are not cooperative, don't know how to work as a team. Some management don't know how to treat employees fairly.

    Advice to Management

No idea, so many problems in lots of areas.
