    Pros

Many can work from home at least if you really need it.

    Cons

Management does not promote underlings. The company seems lost in how to proceed and move forward and has lost a ton of its people. Give this place a year to get itself together and then take a job there.

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within.

    Pros

Industry exposure. Great work experience for resume builder.

Found this company to have discriminatory policies. Over work employees. Leadership only interest is boosting their resume following their own agendas. Didn’t really care for employees well being.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Find work life balance. Get on the same page throughout organization. Stop turning the other cheek to discriminatory practices.

I worked at Halyard Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working in Hosptial setting selling the MIC line of tubes which is their only good product that does not have FDA concerns or regulations.

    Cons

Terrible management, terrible leaders, micro manage, have no idea what you are making each month, unethical, immoral, horrible company since spin off from Kimberly CLARK. Sold SS&IP after 60 minutes episode do we can look more presentable for a company to buy us. Have a robust product line and threaten your job to sell a product that the FDA sent a letter saying it kills people. Stay away you will go knowhere in your career and will have no guideance and they will take your soul. Greed and what the stock price is all they care about.

    Advice to Management

Take your stupid Salesforce out of date oppourtunities and stick them where the sun don’t shine. Please do yourself a favor and stop destroying people’s career and only looking out for yourself. Manager is 3 weeks behind on his emails so forget getting any help or guideance or a reply. Quit, get a life and stop asking us to be on 5 conference calls a week instead of being out in the field selling like sales reps should be.
