    Pros

Environment is great and folks appreciate quality of work and solid skills. Fabulous employer for short term esp. if you negotiate a top salary package. Leadership changes often, and they replace those under them, as routine process.

    Cons

Your contract always states a retirement amount to collect when you leave as they don't contribute to your retirement as you go. Lump sum at the end is noted on the contract. However, their bylaws state you can't collect if you stay less than 3 years, and it's not mentioned in the contract. There, bylaws trump the contract even if bylaws contradict the law. So, if you stay less than 3 yrs you'll be gipped your retirement.

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership changes often and each new top team changes the management. It creates an attitude among staff to not contribute so as not to be noticed and changed.

I have been working at Hamad Medical full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Positive atmosphere, nationals have great potentials and they are highly regarded.

    Cons

As it follows the HR Law, there are little benefits & relatively low pay in comparison with the current market. Very unrealistic deadlines but they are not strict. Constant change of SOPs but again gives you a better position in suggesting new ways and processes.

    Advice to Management

Better pay and your employees will be in heaven
