    I have been working at Hamilton Center full-time

    Pros

    Hard working team and client focused. Training and conferences to aide in better clinicians.

    Cons

    Poor management and leadership. Low pay and extensive unpaid overtime required

    Advice to Management

    Get a new CEO

    Appreciate staff by not scheduling so tight everyday

    Pros

    Easy ass job. you recieve time and 1/2 if working over 8 hours on a single shift. able to do homework or just watch tv all day.

    Cons

    pay sucks. sometimes job is irratating working with crazy people.

    pay us more to care more
