    Great management, great guests, the environment was good and the job wasn't hard most of the time

    Cons

    no career development possible, not enough pay for the amount of knowledge that must be learned, no benefits, no compensation for a job well done

    Give people a raise if they have demonstrated reliability, competency, and loyalty

    Pros

    Good place to work if you have a solid team working along side you. Hampton Inn is a great stepping stone for people looking to step up in the limited service hotels or even make it a stepping stone into full service properties.

    Cons

    Depending on management company, you either will have really great benefits or not so great benefits.

    Pros

    You can shine with your Customer Service, and meet many wonderful people. Most of these people will become your friends and family. The Owner is wonderful. As long as you meet the budget, there are great bonuses at the end of the year.

    Cons

    Some of the ball teams in June, their parents get drunk and don't pay attention to their children. When working the pm shift, you sometimes are there by yourself, so you get no breaks.

    Great coworkers and very easy management.

    Cons

    It was hard being the only agent present when the check in was super busy.

    Advice to Management

    Put at least two people at the front desk for efficiency and better customer service
