I have been working at Hampton Inn full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Depending on your location and clientele, this can be a wonderful job. It truly makes or breaks your overall experience.
Nonetheless, the hotel discount program is great.
An excellent job for college students as well

    Cons

Like I said, it truly depends on the clientele you serve on a daily basis.
As a GSM, sometimes dedicating a work and life balance can be difficult when you have shifts to cover at the drop of a hat.
