I have been working at Hampton Inn full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have such wonderful bosses. I love working for this family of companies. If I had a choice to move to a different company I wouldn't.

    Cons

It's hard to keep good front desk agents and housekeepers that do a good job. The starting salary needs to come up or there needs to be room for bonuses. They need incentive.

    Advice to Management

    Use "secret shoppers"

    Pros

Depending on your location and clientele, this can be a wonderful job. It truly makes or breaks your overall experience.
Nonetheless, the hotel discount program is great.
