    Scheduling can be unpredictable and it typically came out late which was hard to make plans around.

    Need to solve problems that sometimes are not your fault or that you have no control of

    Make sure housekeeping has all the resources needed to clean and maintain rooms. This can be the difference in guest satisfaction.

    Pros

    Everything ! Benefits time co workers and supervisors very well working with other people and the place smells amazing I would love to go back but those days are over

    Cons

    None it gets kind of slow but that's okay.
    Gripes and customers when they're upset and
    Break times most of the time standing

    Thanks for being such a great management team!

    met a lot of interesting guests and a lot of times if I was down they made me smile and feel better

    the management there was horrible and unorganized

    Benefits, Great team to work with, very minimum drama

    Cons

    No experience will get you more money than with experience. There are alot of different changes every other week, be prepared to do alot more than what you were hired to do

    Best Place for overall Hospitality. Friendly staff with comfortable environment. Great place to rest your head worry free and get a good nights rest.

    Cons

    Price is above average but worth the clean environment and guarentee.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff well and encourage knowledge of all aspects of the hotel not just their specific job function.
