      Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Hamptons International full-time for more than 6 years

      Pros

Great brand and you get a lot of business lap dropped as a result, great loyal staff. The MD is approachable.

      Cons

Countrywide's involvement in Hamptons caused the loss of good staff. No pay continuity and variances between sales and lettings.

      Advice to Management

Improve IT, review salaries Sales and Lettings to be aligned and base salaries to increase.

I worked at Hamptons International full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

      - Good commission structure - Holiday entitlement was pretty good as well - Able to move up the ranks quickly if you're good at your job - Company car is handy, usually a mini or polo - Christmas and Summer parties were always good

      Cons

      - Management don't listen to employees - Actively encourage working yourself until you crash and burn, which is the main reason I don't recommend them. - Base pay is horrendous

      Advice to Management

Don't overwork your employees, because that's why all the good ones leave and actually listen to what they have to say!
