    Pros

Busy Spa with a steady stream of clients

    Cons

Owners have very little, if any, integrity. Hired me at 37% commission yet paid me less than 25% on average. They refused to meet with me to discuss the matter. Denise is proficient at creating a very hostile work environment the way she yells at her staff in front of customers and such.

    quality products and services

    Pros

The equipment provided is great quality and the manager listens to Lead therapists about timely replacement of worn out supplies and furnishings. Employees get 1 free service per month and extra trades between therapists can occur after regular shift or breaks. Great cooperation between front desk personnel and service providers. They do encourage tipping for service providers and help clients re-book with the same providers when appropriate.

    Cons

It's a fast turn around with some of the premium add-ons like Hot Stone or Himalayan Salt Stones. Since they need to be thoroughly cleaned you often have to take them out of your service room and clean them during your break. Which means you don't get paid much for that work even though your commission is greater or get a full break on a busy day.

    Avoid at all costs

    Pros

There aren’t many pros to working here.

    Cons

Little to no management. Assistant managers and managers and reciptionists all quit after maybe a month along with massage therapists and esthetician’s. the owner does not pay hourly; you ONLY make money for each service given and it’s about 25% commission. You are required to be at work for your full schedule even if you do not have a single client all day and you are making no money. The rooms are dirty as there’s no janitor and clients get tired of seeing their facialists and massage therapists always leaving. I work 30 hour weeks and average about $300 a week. I am better off working for McDonald’s. they say you can teir up and make more but no one ever has.

    Pros

Great company to work for. Lots of education opportunities and it is commission based pay so you are able to make a lot per session.

    Cons

Since it is commission, some employees aren't as helpful when it comes to cleaning and stocking the rooms.

Thank you for your feedback! I am glad that you are enjoying your experience. Perhaps you may want to make a few suggestions to your management team about incentivizing the proper cleaning and stocking of the treatment rooms.
