Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad you are enjoying your experience. The Esthetician training is incredible. WIth commission based pay you are in control of your income, and can greatly benefit as an esthetician.

      Pros

-Knowledge of Massage Therapy -Discount on Massages and Facials -Co workers were friendly

      Cons

You have to be pushy and sell memberships. Pay is based on commission, so if you don't sell memberships, pay check is not great. Owner on the Northfield Location was cheap. They don't reward employee's and their is no room for improvement there. No benefits whatsoever.

I can't honestly say there was one positive thing about working here.

      Cons

extremely low pay. only paid for actual hands on services performed, not by the hour. no benefits. horrible management. guaranteed to get at least two 'karen' clients per week. You will be miserable here. Run! don't get sucked into this trap.

      Pros

Flexible hours, they change your schedule if you ask. Pretty good on the booking. Can take days off no problem unless is a black out. They're pretty good at listening to your needs and work adjustments. One free massage every 3 months and 50%off on every service. The work environment is very good, everyone gets along.

      Cons

No benefits at all. Pay is horrible, $15.50 for a relaxation massage. Don't expect a good check on low seasons. Half of the year is blacked out. The call center is a disaster, they don't know what they're doing and they don't know to balance the books. Front Desk girls have a lot on their plate, they only get pay about $9.50per/hr that'swhy they keep quitting. The owner is a good person but always gets mad when has to replace something like things aren't going to break and blame it all on us.
