Mainly its emergency support and some advantages and disadvantages take place through many processes depending on the urgent matters different ideas or opinions found in between either technical units or support team but in the end the primary goal is to help and assist who in need to.

    Advice to Management

more cultural training for the expats employees, which will make communications and cooperation of all the teams more efficient in order to reach our humanitarian purpose toward people who need us.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Handicap International (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros of this company. They lead by fear and intimidation. There is no employee moral and the leadership thinks of employees as replaceable. There is no loyalty or incentives

    Cons

Morale: Every employee is either looking for a job or just collecting a pay check. Pay: Bottom of the scale. Benefits: Horrible. only 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days, Be ready to pay over a 1000 for medical and dental for a family per month. Reimbursement: No corporate card and reimbursement for company expenses can take 2 months, regardless of the size of expense. Products: They have too many products. As they say,

    Advice to Management

Good luck. Without good employees who are treated with respect and appreciation, the company will continue to loose revenue.
