I have been working at Hanesbrands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance. Assigned tasks are easy to accomplish/automate.

    Cons

Not looking for new ideas or perspectives. No career track in finance, as all projections are done by marketing/brand teams. Little attention is paid to anything but the top line. Databases need to be streamlined for better precision in reporting.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to utilize the data available. You have a lot, but it is too broad to utilize efficiently. Benefits should be offered a la carte. I was significantly underpaid compared to peers for the simple fact that I didn't utilize your health plan. I could have signed up for 10K worth of expense to the company without a single person blinking an eye, but ask for any of that as a salary increase is majorly frowned upon.

I worked at Hanesbrands (Less than a year)

    Pros

Customers are generally nice, but there are always those few. Everything is fairly easy to learn.

    Cons

Gets really slow and boring. Management had many issues of communication, its lead to many employees leaving. Employees were expected to handle the same responsibilities as all levels of employments and not get paid accordingly. Poor training.

    Advice to Management

Immature Management, has a great potential but honestly needs to be retrained and be able to deal with her employees as she can deal with her customers.
