    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Being a foreign-owned company, employment with them brings prestige to an individual, particularly in a country like the philippines where identification with a "branded" company increases one's worth. Management allows an employee to work with very minimal supervision. One is expected to be knowledgeable with his particular field once he is hired. A lot of room is given to an employee to make decisions with little intervention from management. An employee is expected to make the right decisions and never fail or make mistakes, this makes the employee more responsible and confident in decision making, specially like someone in my position.

    Cons

very low salary rates and little chance of career advancement. that's all i can say

    Advice to Management

review your policies and update salary scale of employees
