    Pros

    - Workplace is beautiful and each team is extremely dedicated to their craft.
    - Very family orientated and the majority of folks are nice.
    - Customer support staff are amazing, they don't like to but they can definitely move mountains.
    - They are under a new owner and are looking to grow quickly. Opportunity for success is likely.

    Cons

    - If you're not an absolute expert in your field, stay away. Mentorship time and training opportunities is sparse. Your professional development is on your own terms and is best done outside the workplace.
    - Upper management shoots from the hip in many business decisions. It's a very reactionary environment and you always felt overall strategy shifted everyday with zero end game.
    - Company is ran very lean in certain sectors. Say goodbye to your holiday time and personal life.
    - Healthcare plan is horrible.

    Advice to Management

Look at what's happening around the company. Your experts are at the frontline executing your plan. Listen to them! You might learn a thing or two about what you actually need to do.

Also, invest into your workforce. It's in your best interest to find the right people, give them the right tools, inform them and provide better opportunities for professional growth. Internal communication strategies is virtually non-existent. If you want to grow bigger, you've got to think bigger.

Lastly, drain the swamp! Some members of the exec team are complacent, been there for a while, and stuck in their ways. You need to turn this over and get folks on board that can move quickly, think in modern ways, and cultivate partnerships in key areas of the company.
