Thanks for sharing your feedback. We thought an open non-hierarchical culture helps for young minds. Interesting to know that it hurts too. Would help if you could elaborate more.

focus should move from capacity building to capability building now
internal positioning as knowledge workplace where knowledge should be the currency for exchange and value creation
    office admin needs to improve

    Advice to Management

senior leaders walk on the floor, sit with coders and analyst and share moments - will feel good

    Pros

Flexi work hours. Many different clients will get better domain knowledge

    Cons

Very crowded office makes it difficult to work. Single digit appraisal even after good effort throughout. Bad HR policies like allowing select employees to leave before the 90 days. Managers show partiality. Zero benefit for employees.

    Advice to Management

Please get better HR who can understand employee problems. Please look at the effort s put by employees or you will lose them very quickly

I worked at Hansa Cequity full-time

    Pros

Close to the the station. Attractive STARTING package at par with industry standards- doesnt mean hike will be good.. Expect a single digit appraisal only.

    Cons

*Company looks good from outside....from inside, its a mess.....lot of incompetant people have gone to the top

    *Vision-less Unethical mangers
    Non meritorious boot-licking culture.

    * Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit or appreciation.

*Hr of the company has whimsical sense of humor. Volatile decision making, which changes every now and then based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day.. Extremely rude, very unhygienic, unhealthy unprofessional attitude and non friendly. They think (or rather pretend) that they are the only ones who are working hard

    Advice to Management

Grow up! Stop kidding yourself that you can take an employee for granted so badly. What people write here are their heartfelt (hurt-felt) reviews and experiences. Instead of writing fake reviews to improve your score, you should rather focus on getting better.. Only then probably things will change and you will create a good atmosphere.

Please create an environment where employees can work. Also please stop making people fool and try to respect them, they are the ones who are putting their efforts to generate revenue and have earned new projects for you

Unfortunately your experience with us seem to be rather bad and we are sorry for that. The impression it has left you with about the organisation, its culture, HR is not the true essence of Cequity... More

I have been working at Hansa Cequity full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Office near to railway station, interesting industry, can't find any pros in other areas .
It has some clients which won't leave so at least it will survive.

    Cons

Very high attrition rate due to worst HR practices.
Abysmal appraisals this year. The reason is, it has lost money in one account so hard working people from all the accounts are suffering.
No fixed priorities of senior management

    Advice to Management

Stick to one strategy rather than switching it daily.
As it's a resource dependent industry, take care of your people.
Employee's are replaceable but if you don't grow up, good employees won't come to you.
