I worked at Hanson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people - Coffee - snacks - flexible work environment - everyone is friendly - beautiful office building - some benefits

    Cons

Unstable - Disorganized feeling - Lack of ownership over projects - Uncertain of company's future or actual direction it's headed - feels like there's something else going on behind the scenes - lack of trust

    Advice to Management

Make employees feel like they actually matter again. Set clear company goals and not just financial goals. Earn trust.

    Pros

    +Lots of useful, professional experience
+You're treated very well, plenty of perks.
+Fair compensation, pays as much if not more than many other internships in the area
    +Worked with school schedule

    Cons

Honestly, while there might be some legitimate complaints from full time employers, I didn't really see any legitimate complaints from an intern perspective.

    Advice to Management

Didn't really notice anything drastic that would warrant advice. I didn't really deal with "upper management" much, and all the various management roles I did deal with were very helpful and seemed appreciative of hard work.

    Pros

Friendly, collaborative environment where you can ask questions to get to the root of understanding. Great place to gain hands on experience in a variety of disciplines.

    Cons

There are limited advancement opportunities and business is driven by client's custom needs rather than a specific service being purchased consistently.

    Pros

Great culture / people. Innovative web dev agency. Valuable UX / UI strategy and engineers. Strong leadership with lots of experience. Limited capabilities to offer which often times leads to executional partnerships and unpredictable growth / rev stream.

    Cons

Limited offering which leads to unstable rev outlook.

    Advice to Management

Expand full-service digital offering into creative, media, and stronger brand planning to develop evergreen partnerships. Invest in talent and relationships to grow in offering.

    Pros

    Awesome people
    Equipment Allowance
Lunch allowance and free lunch fridays
    Seminars
    Highly Networkable

    Cons

Salary, paid for working forty work hours, but it feels like your working all the time always.
Timelines sometimes unreasonable for strict deadlines, end up spending more time reporting time than doing work.
Not much else in terms of cons. Hanson Inc rocks entirely.
