    Decent Pay, Okay schedule, I guess

    Cons

    Low pay, Dangerous work environment, Managers can care less just as long as the work gets done. People who miss days constantly don't get punished as much as people who don't.

    Pros

    Laid back atmosphere, not physically demanding, free food sometimes, some cool managers, not busy 24/7, funny co workers, you get extra money from esps

    Cons

    "LACK OF HOURS" 0 to 5 hours if they don't like you 10-15 if they do, lack of pay, bad supervisors, hostile customers

    Schedule and organize better, help more

    Pros

    Easy work and a lot of it. This job is very nice for someone that needs work. Notice i didn't say "needs money".

    Cons

    Pay and hours are ridiculously low, the company asks for more and more out of their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to build a team and the store runs like an efficient engine, let the team fall apart and well slowly the store will follow.

    Pros

    There is nothing good about this place, no one should ever work or apply and those who have applied turn down the job offer.

    Cons

    Low hours, very low pay, work too physical for the minimum wage they pay, disgraceful management, lack of safety regulations, hazardous work area, unstable ladders, worst place I have ever been employed by.

    Advice to Management

    I would suggest to the management to quit and just not be a active member of the work force or society in general.

    Pros

    Some good co-workers.
    Never had a bad customer experience there.
    Parking lot sales were really fun.
    PTO from day one.
    Flexible schedules.

    Cons

    Management that plays favorites and is condescending.
    Low pay with no hours unless you're either full-time or one of the favorites.
    No benefits for part timers.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing favorites and stop being condescending and dishonest to your employees. We're the ones that make it happen, not you.
