Thank you for your feedback. We would not be able to achieve all that we do without hard-working associates like you. At Harbor Freight, we provide our associates with visibility to their schedules at least two weeks in advance so if our associates have any concerns, they can reach out and connect with their Store Managers. We believe in creating a work/life balance for all our associates and we also encourage our associates to reach out to their HR Partners if they have any other concerns they would like to share. Your comments will be shared with the appropriate HR Partners. Thank you for your continued hard work in Phoenix, AZ and we look forward to seeing you grow!

Pros
They are always looking for great talent and they’re willing to teach you everything to get you where you wanna be. They pay well for assistance drive manager. They have a good bone structure. It’s a private company so they make decisions Every year from Associates survey to help improve work life balance and recognition. Great health care and vacation benifits.
Cons
You need a wide open availability. Which is not a problem for me but something something people should be aware of.

Pros
Good vacation, good benefits if your full time. Steady paycheck. Not to hard of a job. Above minimum wage for entry level positions. Possibly of making a killing on commission if you have the drive. Some but limited room for advancement (depending on your store and district manager).
Cons
The limitation of advancement also has it's drawbacks. Constant price changes or ad events where the only thing that changes is the message on the tag 90% of the time. Extremely micromanaged environment do not dare to deviate from SOP even in the slightest or there goes your raise or worse. Do not promote from within. (Seen many good people deserving people who go above and beyond for the sake of the company get shafted because of the determination to bring in everyone from the outside). High turnover. No work life balance work 2 or 3 overnights followed by an early shift then a close. Constantly reminding the cashiers to meet there numbers on the programs and name collection or be ready to sign PMR's. Never get to travel for the holidays because of black Friday side walk sales. Overtime forbidden.

Pros
Company is continually looking to improve how they can best serve that internal customer. Never been with a company that actually proves how they value you on a daily bases by decisions from the top. Blown away!!!!
Cons
Work life balance due to chain reaction from having a semi- small team in the first place.
