Ok programs. Commission were good on bigger deals.

    Cons

    Commission only. Very low residuals.
Management does not care. Took all sales team off Salary. No warnings!

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Jared Isaacaman, founder and CEO, is by far the classiest person that I met in my life(I am talking about people that have that kind of power and wealth as Jared Isaacamn). He build his companies by having great vision and by working hard. I enjoined more to work for him than than for CEOs who earn their wealth by risking somebody else money(managers in Financial Services industry).

    Cons

Since company groove so fast, sometimes it can be challenging to recognize which department is in charged of specific task.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees same as Jared is treating you. Some of you have high paid jobs because you were lucky to meet Jared at some point of your life. Always remember and respect that. By treating well employees who directly report to you, you are creating motivated and loyal work force. It is in the best interest of Harbortouch and its owner to employ people who feel appreciated by direct manager. Never forget how stressful is job when you directly dealing with customers.

    Pros

Its a real company. Lots of people (several hundred), nice office, nice lounge with video games. Its busy so the day goes by really fast. I did technical support. Lots of overtime if you want it. I don't know what that other review was about saying there is issue with paychecks. Its automated, I think they use ADP. Its a really big company, so I am guessing that was someones individual problem.

    Cons

Unless you get selected for management or promotion, there is not a lot of ability to do new things. I was in technical support. No issue with the job, I just had no where to move up to.

    Advice to Management

No complaints, thanks. I enjoyed my time.

    Pay is okay.

    Cons

    Benefits could always be better.

    Advice to Management

    hire more people.

    Pros

Pay structure higher than other employers including managers.

    Cons

Rules are created as problems arise. No structure. Anything goes. If you are a male who attended NC State then this is the place for you. Poor management. 1 HR rep for over 5k employees.

    Advice to Management

    Get better training.

    I worked at Harbortouch full-time

    Pros

People that arent management are some of the best to work with. Outside of support has some of the smartest people you'll meet.

    Cons

Management is stuck in their ways. They emphasize favoritsm and only promote the ones that go out drinking with upper management. Hard work isnt really needed here. It's all about getting by and if you can make management laugh, you're golden. Overall they treat everyone that is not a buddy as a replaceable chair, and are stuck in their old school system of a way. Until there is a whole new management change, HT support will not continue to move forward the way the industry is adapting.

    Advice to Management

Remember the staff on the phones are the ones interacting with the customer. Once you remember that and become an employee based company for support rather than an ISO/retention based company, thats when you will see improvement all around

    Pros

Opportunities for overtime, hours are there!

    Cons

Scale of pay for the amount of work you have to do isn't enough. management needs management training/hr training. Management isn't capable of teaching a group of adults. Certain departments have a lack of training programs. High occupational stress for minimal benefits. After an annual review you either get no raise or .25 cents raise.

    Pros

If you threaten to quit, you can pretty much get what you want.

    Cons

Paychecks are never correct, you have to fight for the pay that you are supposed to get.

    Advice to Management

Try training the management, not just handing them a laptop and sitting them at a different desk.
