    Pros

    Exposure to a lot of learning, the responsibility was tremendous and got to learn a lot about the hotel chain during my time there

    Cons

    Work life balance is slightly an issue with shift timings not being fixed.

    Good opportunity and it gives more knowledge and experience and also it helps in others future one who not studied well

    We need handle people so it's very big challenge for me and for my team.And also hiring is biggest challenge......................................thats it

    Salary is not so good, one should be comfortable working for a 12 hours shift on weekends and have burgers as their daily meal
