I have been working at Hardee's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great crew to work with

    Cons

you are promised a bonus if u make all service times, and food cost and labor only to find out that you have to be a manager so long before you get it so the other people get the bonus for your hard work. The assistant manager and general manager come in and leave when they want but make sure they are there when the higher ups come in. The pay sucks and you have to do every thing the assistant manager gets paid to do for 8.00hr. have to be there a year before you get insurance then it is a third of your pay with a 5000 dollar deductible. have to travel for meetings and classes up to 60 miles away and don't get paid mileage or drive time. you get handed a lot of empty promises.

    Pros

They are so desperate for new hires that you're almost guaranteed to be hired regardless of position.
Occasional bonus for management for passed inspections.

    Cons

    Toxic work environment.
Only Assistant and General managers get full time.
Shift leads stuck at 28h/week max if you were hired after 2012.

Crew members: Minimum wage with no opportunity for raises.
Shift Leads: 8/h with no opportunity for raises.

    Advice to Management

    Store level managers:
Find somewhere else to work. Seriously. Your management skills are more valuable almost anywhere else.

    District managers:
Try to be more in touch with your store managers. I know most of the unfair weight on their shoulders comes from above you but you're a closer target if you don't make friends.

Regional and above: Resign. Let someone else who can run the show better than you do so.

    I worked at Hardee's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They pay something
-they give you a shirt (basically nothing!)
    -sweet old people

    Cons

It was my first job ever and I swear I was going to die. They made me work during their most hectic rushes. I guess they thought I would learn better under intense pressure? But I wasn't adequately trained, if trained at all. I didn't know how to work the register..I was so bad that customers were yelling at me and I was taken to the back to do dishes. Needless to say that experience scared me, I've only worked there for two days and I quit soon after.
    -management not great
    - only call you when needed (no concrete schedule)

    Advice to Management

Please train new comers and be patient with them
