    Pros

    Job was easy, pay was crap obviously but we had a good crew.

    Cons

    Management is all the way messed up

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, stop hiring ppl just to fill schedule space. Make the wages fair and competitive

    They are open for most of the day so you can work mornings or evenings.

    Pros

    The greatest pro to the job is having the ability to control the environment in which you work. If conditions are not to your liking you have the power to change them.

    Cons

    The least attractive aspect to the Job is the hours. There is always a lot to be done to run a successful restaurant and depending on the level of competence of your staff this can translate to long hours

    Some great co workers, and hours

    Cons

    They don't care about anything but money. The store is falling apart and they only want to make their money, no real training

    Just dont work there

    Pros

    My managers were wonderful---always praising the employees and making sure to scold the ones misbehaving. I also enjoyed having a variety of tasks to do---I wasn't simply "the cashier" or "the drive-thru coordinator"--I got to rotate for different positions!

    Cons

    Training was poor---I was thrust into some positions not knowing anything and seriously annoying the customers. Customers were horrendous. I also felt as if management lost a lot of money in order to appease the customer. I know "the customer is always right", but when someone repeatedly comes in with expired coupons and we treat them to avoid angering them....we can lose up to $15/week. That can't be healthy for the company.

    Advice to Management

    Please, please, please have someone other than other starting employees train us--they don't have much time to do their jobs and become disgruntled with the newbies.

    Pros

    The reason Hardee's is get to work at because u can work your way to manager with in 6 months to a year.

    Cons

    The downsaid was the pay with 3 kides.single parent rent car lights water but I liked every thing else.

    Pros

    Good breakfast,friendly customers,fast paced,half off when you order food for yourself..over time is easy to get..

    Cons

    It can be stressful in the morning time because they are extremely non stop busy..you'll get over very easy

    Pros

    The skill required is pretty low. It can be a bear when it gets busy and the crew is understaffed. This is rarely the case.

    Cons

    Obviously the social stigma of working in fast food. Besides that the pay usually isn't commensurate with the difficulty of the work.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your workers more. Higher pay tends to attract higher quality workers. Also, something should be done to protect third shift workers from late night weirdos.
