    Pros

    Great people to work with. Provides training and encourages process improvement. Vacation time increases based on years of service, huge plus!

    Cons

    Health Insurance very expensive. Takes advantage of the work alcoholic, to few do all the work. Work Life balance varies based on your Manager.

    Great raise every year.
    nice working environment
    4 weeks vacation when hired
    Very nice people
    Best job without a degree.

    Cons

    Work can get mundane
    no real job enrichment/growth.
    can get easily fired for bad attendance.
    work almost every weekend.

    - Company is still stuck in old school printing and has not pivoted to digital, even though we get lip service to the same from leadership.

    Follow through on commitments to pivot to more digital enterprises and move away from legacy print only work.
