    easy going, sometimes laid back,most of the staffs are friendly and down to earth

    lack of support from administration.
     little to no training

    provide coaching and mentoring to all levels of staff that are eager to learn

    Wide range of patient's treated. Exposure to a good variety of ailments

    Staff are overworked often. Patients are demanding which is hard in a resource limited environment.

    You get a pay check for your work. That's about the only other good thing besides benefits.

    No growth. Stuck in the same position for as long as you work here.

    Listen to the workers who are hands on with their work.

    Pros

    There are opportunities for growth, but you have to go for it. The environment is filled with two sets of people the ones coasting collecting a check and the ones who are willing to ask for more do more involve themselves in more. You decide which side your on.

    Cons

    Parking is a nightmare. Hurry up and wait model at times.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage staff to be more proactive in their roles. Ask your leaders who they are grooming and why?

    Very unorganized and they have no room for growth unless you are related someone in upper management
