The pay and benefits are pretty good. The people are great. You have oportunities to make your professional world what you want it to be, within reason of coarse.

I have been working at Harley-Davidson, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits package is really good, you will feel taken care of and secure. The people are friendly and I feel supported by management.

    Cons

They try to get as much work done with as little people as possible, which most companies do but it has a tendency to wear you down after so long. Then there was the looming issue of layoffs and the idea that you would either have a lot more work because of a smaller staff or you wouldn't have a job.

    Advice to Management

Find it in the budget to hire more people or pay the ones who are here more money.
