    Cons

Delusional management, with a CEO that acts like a cheerleader. He and his team are incapable of delivering on any of their predictions.

    Pros

Good group of people that works together to get the job done despite limited resources. Good work life balance if you set the expectation to your manager.

    Advice to Management

Get over quarter to quarter results; and manage for long term success.
