    Pros

    High end work that is satisfying to collaborate on.

    Cons

    No loyalty. Backstabbing. I need to enter at least 5 words so will type backstabbing again.

    Pros

    Great salary, latest technology, excellent training, high-visibility, job security

    Cons

    Little chance to move up in company, very clique-ish work environment, high-pressure-show-must-go-on mentality (understandable), summary decisions without discussion

    Advice to Management

    You can't buy friends, and everyone who moved up is an accomplished arse-kisser

    Cool environment, good people, solid technology.

    Cons

    Things were slowing down and they eventually closed up and moved to LA, but I can't blame them.

    Pros

    working in an environment that had so much rich history in entertainment was a gift. The huge campus reminded me of a college campus.

    Cons

    It was a very corporate structure so often times it lacked the personal touch that one would ordinarily get in production.
